Dominick Tardogno
McWah and Bell-Tone Pickups
Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Dominick picked up his first guitar at 6 years old and hasn’t looked back since. His dad, also a blues guitarist, bought him his first Stratocaster and from a young age introduced him to music from Robin Trower, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Jimi Hendrix.
Dominick got his music career started with the Baltimore blues group, The Ernesto J. Ponce Band. After recording a record and playing locally for a year, he moved on from the group to pursue solo projects. A year later, he came back to play in a new neo soul band Spirit Parade, which was made up of most of his old bandmates.
Meshing a soul and funk basis with his inspired blues playing has given Spirit Parade a truely unique sound. They have been making a lot of noise on the Baltimore scene with their self-titled debut EP and are currently working on their first full-length record. Dominick also plays periodically with Toledo band Wild at Heart and Nashville solo artist Ricky Vasquez.
